HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order directly from our Order Tracking page.
A confirmation email with your tracking number was sent to you after
shipment. Please check your spam folder!
If your order is still being prepared, it will be shipped within 1 to 2 days.
YOUR ORDER IS MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT CANNOT BE FOUND?
Don't worry! Here are the steps to follow:
1. Check your mailbox and your surroundings (neighbors, concierge, household members)
in case someone has received the package for you.
2. Consult your package tracking to see if it has been dropped off at a relay point or a
post office.
3. Contact La Poste with your tracking number: they can provide you with more details
about the delivery.
🚨 If your package is still missing despite all of this:
Contact us at info@uandglam.com and provide us with an official document from La
Poste certifying that the package is indeed declared lost or undelivered.
We will review your request and offer you a suitable solution.
WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM?
You have 14 days after receiving your package to make a return.
Return conditions
To be eligible, the item must:
- Be in the same condition as when received.
- Not have been worn or used.
- Have all its tags intact.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
⚠️ Important: If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
